user responsibilities and obligations
Account Registration & Security
username requirements: when creating an account on the sparkclean detailing website, users must select a unique username that adheres to the following criteria: it must contain at least one special character, two numeric characters, and the remaining characters must be lowercase alphabetic. the username must be a minimum of eight (8) characters and a maximum of ten (10) characters in length. these requirements help ensure security and prevent automated account creation by bots and spammers. sparkclean detailing reserves the right to reject or modify usernames that violate these guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.
cell phone verification: to enhance account security and ensure valid registrations, users must input a valid cell phone number. a verification code will be sent via text message, which must be entered on the designated verification page within five (5) minutes. Failure to verify the code within this time frame will prevent the completion of the registration process. SparkClean Detailing reserves the right to deny registrations using invalid, disposable, or unverified phone numbers.
email verification: all users must provide a valid email address during registration. a verification email will be sent from sparkclean detailing llc, containing a confirmation link. users must verify their email address by clicking the link within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the email. failure to complete verification within this timeframe will result in automatic removal of the account. sparkclean detailing llc reserves the right to reject registrations using invalid, disposable, or temporary email addresses.
account security & unauthorized access: users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including usernames and passwords. sharing or disclosing login information to unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited. if unauthorized access to an account is suspected, users must immediately notify sparkclean detailing llc. any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account, interfere with system operations, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account. sparkclean detailing llc reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable any account at its sole discretion if violations of these security policies are detected.
